The document toolbar
To create a new presentations document, click on the icon new file. If you like to open
an existing presentations document click with your mouse on the icon for open file. To save your
presentations document, click on save file (the icon looking
like a diskette). Clicking on the printer icon prints the actual
document. If you like to zoom your view to your document in or
out, click on the icon that looks like a magnifier (+ to zoom in, - to
zoom out).
The edit toolbar
You can cut selected parts by clicking on the scissors icon. To copy any selection to the clipboard use the icon looking like two documents. The clipboard icon is for pasting any clipboard data back into your actual document. The delete icon is for deleting selections.
The insert toolbar
This toolbar helps you to insert needed objects for your presentations. Some icons are pull-down-icons. Pull-down-icons pull down when clicking on them. Pull-down-icons collect similar actions.
