CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER is the framework that the drivers are dependent on
USB_HOST_ETHER. Use this as a menu and move the existing LAN75XX and
LAN78XX options under new menu. Finally update the defconfigs that need
CONFIG_USB_HOST_ETHER.

This option should not really be user selectable. Note that on PowerPC
we currently only need BOARD_LATE_INIT when CHAIN_OF_TRUST is enabled so be
conditional on that.

This syncs up the current cmd/Kconfig and include/configs/ files with the
only exception being CMD_NAND. Due to how we have used this historically
we need to take further care here when converting.

Move all cases of CONFIG_SYS_HUSH_PARSER out of the config.h files. Remove
all cases of CONFIG_SYS_PROMPT_HUSH_PS2 as everyone uses the default.

If including MX6SX in CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS, CONFIG_ROM_UNIFIED_SECTIONS
will not effect.So move MX6SX to Kconfig entry from CONFIG_SYS_EXTRA_OPTIONS to
"select MX6SX" to boards using i.MX6 SoloX.
