2fb2604d5c Command usage cleanup 
Remove command name from all command "usage" fields and update
common/command.c to display "name - usage" instead of
just "usage". Also remove newlines from command usage fields.

b6368467e6 SPI Flash: Add "sf" command 
This adds a new command, "sf" which can be used to manipulate SPI
flash. Currently, initialization, reading, writing and erasing is
supported.
