0c0f719ad2 accidentally changed the
endianness of the i2c read and write addresses. This was noticable when
accessing EEPROMs that use 2 byte addressing as the LSB was being sent
first.

The I2C bus will get stuck when reading 0 byte. So we add validation of
the read length in i2c_read(). This issue only occurs on read operation.

This patch adds runtime speed configuration to the mv_i2c driver.
Currently standard (max 100kHz) and fast mode (max 400kHz) are
supported.

Make the driver model I2C API available always, even if driver model
is not enabled. This allows for a 'soft' switch-over, where drivers can
use the new structures in code which is compiled but not yet used. This
makes migration easier in some cases.
Fix up the existing drivers which define their own 'struct i2c_msg'.

When enable the multi-bus, the current_bus is not inited in the original
implementation, which make the i2c operation unpredicatable.
