spi: fsl_qspi: Fix qspi_op_rdsr memcpy issue

Avoid writing memory outside of the bounds. Signed-off-by: Gong Qianyu <Qianyu.Gong@freescale.com> Reviewed-by: York Sun <york.sun@nxp.com>
