Revert "ARM: omap3_logic/omap35_logic: Enable GPIO in SPL"

Browse Source 
The SPL is too tight, and it cannot start any longer.  To
help reduce the size of SPL, we need to remove some non-critical
features.

This reverts commit 66063a7c13.
