fdtdec: Remove fdt_{addr,size}_unpack()
U-Boot already defines the {upper,lower}_32_bits() macros that have the same purpose. Use the existing macros instead of defining new APIs. Signed-off-by: Thierry Reding <treding@nvidia.com>
