da830: modify the MEMTEST start and end address
Modify the MEMTEST start and end address. The memtest range was overlapping the CONFIG_SYS_LOAD_ADDR which causes the uImage to be corrupt.Also, modify the size for which mtest is run to 32MB from 16MB.
