Add device driver for a virtual RTC device in Android emulator. The compatible string used by OS for binding the driver is defined as "google,goldfish-rtc". These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
