Remove deprecated ACPI processor procfs I/F, including: /proc/acpi/processor/CPUX/power /proc/acpi/processor/CPUX/limit /proc/acpi/processor/CPUX/info /proc/acpi/processor/CPUX/throttling still exists, as we don't have sysfs I/F available for now.
