Michel Dänzer c904e3acba drm/amdgpu: Fix GTT size reporting in amdgpu_ioctl ...

The commit below changed the TTM manager size unit from pages to
bytes, but failed to adjust the corresponding calculations in
amdgpu_ioctl.
