Daniel Klamt 9c3250a127 powerpc/xive: Replace msleep(x) with msleep(OPAL_BUSY_DELAY_MS) 
Replace msleep(x) with with msleep(OPAL_BUSY_DELAY_MS) to document
these sleeps are to wait for opal (firmware).
