Greg Kroah-Hartman 89337e944e misc: delete mimc200 fram driver
To quote Mark:
I think it's safe to delete the driver.

The mimc200 unit is now basically obsolete and there'll be no
	new development on it.

Becides, it grabs the 0 misc minor number, when it never asked for it,
conflicting with the logitech bus mouse driver.
