If there is no crush_choose_arg_map for a given pool, a NULL pointer is
passed to preserve existing crush_do_rule() behavior.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
