The struct lynxfb_crtc has a member named vScreen. This name is
CamelCase and is frowned upon. This commit renames it to v_screen
and makes the necessary changes for the module to build.
This change also fixes the following checkpatch CHECKs:

strlcpy is marked as deprecated in Documentation/process/deprecated.rst,
and there is no functional difference when the caller expects truncation
(when not checking the return value). strscpy is relatively better as it
also avoids scanning the whole source string.
This silences the related checkpatch warnings from:

Drivers using legacy power management .suspen()/.resume() callbacks
have to manage PCI states and device's PM states themselves. They also
need to take care of standard configuration registers.
Switch to generic power management framework using a single
"struct dev_pm_ops" variable to take the unnecessary load from the driver.
This also avoids the need for the driver to directly call most of the PCI
helper functions and device power state control functions, as through
the generic framework PCI Core takes care of the necessary operations,
and drivers are required to do only device-specific jobs.

The kbuild documentation clearly shows that the documents
there are written at different times: some use markdown,
some use their own peculiar logic to split sections.
Convert everything to ReST without affecting too much
the author's style and avoiding adding uneeded markups.
The conversion is actually:
- add blank lines and identation in order to identify paragraphs;
- fix tables markups;
- add some lists markups;
- mark literal blocks;
- adjust title markups.
At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to
the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings.

By default all files without license information are under the default
license of the kernel, which is GPL version 2. Because of this, add the
GPL-2.0 identifier to the sm750fb driver which did not have any license
identifiers in it at all.

In function sm750_hw_copyarea() of sm750_accel.c, there are
some comments in ASCII graphs, describing 4 possible scenarios
of overlapping areas when copying an area. However, the graphs
have broken indention.
The entire SiliconMotion series video controllers, including
SM501, SM712 and SM750 have similar 2D engines, yet, I have
not seen a single version of it with ASCII graphs properly
formatted...
Fix the the misleading ASCII graphs. It would eliminate the
confusions and improve code readability.
