Use a retry machanism to give the BMC more opportunities to correctly
respond when we receive specific completion codes.
This is similar to what is done in __get_device_id().

We fail to get the BMCS's device id with low probability when loading
the ipmi driver and it causes BMC device registration failed. When this
issue occurs we got below kernel prints:

When this issue happens, we want to manually unload the driver and try to
load it again, but it can't be unloaded by 'rmmod' as it is already 'in
use'.
We add a print in handle_one_recv_msg(), when this issue happens,
the msg we received is "Recv: 1c 01 d5", which means the data_len is 1,
data[0] is 0xd5 (completion code), which means "bmc cannot execute
command. Command, or request parameter(s), not supported in present
state". Debug code:

Then in ipmi_demangle_device_id(), it returned '-EINVAL' as 'data_len < 7'
and 'data[0] != 0'.
We created this patch to retry the get device id when this error
happens. We reproduced this issue again and the retry succeed on the
first retry, we finally got the correct msg and then all is ok:

So use a retry machanism in this patch to give bmc more opportunity to
correctly response kernel when we received specific completion codes.

The RNGB can generate 2^20 words (1 word == 4 byte) of 'random' data
after the seed pool was initialized. The pool needs to be reseeded if
more words are required. The reseeding is done automatically since
commit 3acd9ea933 ("hwrng: imx-rngc - use automatic seeding").
We can't retrieve the TRNG values directly so we need a other way to get
the quality level. We know that the PRNG uses 20.000 entropy samples
from the TRNG to generate 2^20 words (1MiB) and the quality level is
defined as (in bits of entropy per 1024 bits of input). So the quality
level can be calculated by:
20.000 * 1024
------------- = ~ 19.5

The current code waits for data to be available before attempting a
second read. However the second read would not be executed as the
while loop will exit.
This fix does not wait if all data has been read (skips the call to
msleep(0)) and reads a second time if partial data was retrieved on
the first read.
Worth noticing that since msleep(0) schedules a one jiffy timeout is
better to skip such a call.

Data rates of MAX_UINT32 will schedule an unnecessary one jiffy
timeout on the call to msleep. Avoid this scenario by using 0 as the
unlimited data rate.

to store in-TPM objects while swapped out of the TPM for a /dev/tpmrm0

The variable ret is being initialized with a value that is never read
and it is being updated later with a new value. The initialization is
redundant and can be removed.

This modifies the first 32 bits out of the 128 bits of a random CPU's
net_rand_state on interrupt or CPU activity to complicate remote
observations that could lead to guessing the network RNG's internal
state.
Note that depending on some network devices' interrupt rate moderation
or binding, this re-seeding might happen on every packet or even almost
never.
In addition, with NOHZ some CPUs might not even get timer interrupts,
leaving their local state rarely updated, while they are running
networked processes making use of the random state. For this reason, we
also perform this update in update_process_times() in order to at least
update the state when there is user or system activity, since it's the
only case we care about.

In case a TPM2 is attached, search for a TPM2 ACPI table when trying
to get the event log from ACPI. If one is found, use it to get the
start and length of the log area. This allows non-UEFI systems, such
as SeaBIOS, to pass an event log when using a TPM2.

The size of the buffers for storing context's and sessions can vary from
arch to arch as PAGE_SIZE can be anything between 4 kB and 256 kB (the
maximum for PPC64). Define a fixed buffer size set to 16 kB. This should be
enough for most use with three handles (that is how many we allow at the
moment). Parametrize the buffer size while doing this, so that it is easier
to revisit this later on if required.

WRITE_ONCE() isn't the correct way to publish a pointer to a data
structure, since it doesn't include a write memory barrier. Therefore
other tasks may see that the pointer has been set but not see that the
pointed-to memory has finished being initialized yet. Instead a
primitive with "release" semantics is needed.
Use smp_store_release() for this.
The use of READ_ONCE() on the read side is still potentially correct if
there's no control dependency, i.e. if all memory being "published" is
transitively reachable via the pointer itself. But this pairing is
somewhat confusing and error-prone. So just upgrade the read side to
smp_load_acquire() so that it clearly pairs with smp_store_release().

as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

There are multiple things in this file that requires kernel.h but
it's only included through other header files indirectly. This
patch adds a direct inclusion as those indirect inclusions may go
away at any point.

Enable multi-stage OP-TEE bus enumeration
Probes drivers on the OP-TEE bus in two steps. First for drivers which
do not depend on tee-supplicant. After tee-supplicant has been started
probe the devices which do depend on tee-supplicant.
Also introduces driver which uses an OP-TEE based fTPM Trusted
Application depends on tee-supplicant NV RAM implementation based on
RPMB secure storage.

include/uapi/linux/raw.h leaks CONFIG_MAX_RAW_DEVS to userspace.
Userspace programs cannot use MAX_RAW_MINORS since CONFIG_MAX_RAW_DEVS
is not available anyway.
Remove the MAX_RAW_MINORS definition from the exported header, and use
CONFIG_MAX_RAW_DEVS in drivers/char/raw.c
While I was here, I converted printk(KERN_WARNING ...) to pr_warn(...)
and stretched the warning message.
