[Why]
HDCP 2.2 uses type0 and type1 content type. This is passed to the receiver
to stream the proper content.
For example, in a MST case if the main
device is HDCP2.2 capable but the secondary device is only 1.4 capabale
we can use Type0
Type0 content: use HDCP 1.4 or HDCP2.2 type0
Type1 content: Only use HDCP 2.2 type1
[How]
We use the "hdcp content type" property in drm. We use the
disable_type1 flag in hdcp module to select the type based on the
properties.
For updating the property we use the same logic as 1.4, but now we
consider content_type as well and update the property if the
requirements are met

BT.2390 EETF is used for tone mapping/range reduction.
Say display is 0.1 - 500 nits.
The problematic case is when content is 0-400. We apply EETF because
0<0.1 so we need to reduce the range by 0.1.
In the commit, we ignore the bottom range. Most displays map 0 to min and
then have a ramp to 0.1, so sending 0.1 is actually >0.1.
Furthermode, HW that uses 3D LUT also assumes min=0.

1. Stack usage is pretty high as fixed31_32 struct is 8 bytes and we
have functions with >30 vars on the stack.
2. Optimize gamma calculation by reducing number of calls to
dc_fixpt_pow Our X points are divided into 32 regions wth 16 pts each.
Each region is 2x the previous, meaning x[i] = 2*x[i-16] for i>=16.
Using (2x)^gamma = 2^gamma * x^gamma, we can recursively compute powers
of gamma, we just need first 16 pts to start it up. dc_fixpt_pow() is
expensive, it computes x^y by doing exp(y*logx) Exp is done by Taylor
series approximation, and log by Newton-like approximation that also
uses exp internally. In short, it's significantly heavier than
run-of-the-mill addition/subtraction/multiply.

There's some unnecessary mem allocation for CS_TFM_ID. What's worse, it

^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1 warning generated.
This warning is caused by commit bb47de7366 ("drm/amdgpu: Set FreeSync
state using drm VRR properties") and it could be solved by using NULL
instead of TRANSFER_FUNC_UNKNOWN or casting TRANSFER_FUNC_UNKNOWN as a
pointer. However, after looking into it, there doesn't appear to be a
good reason to pass app_tf by reference as it is never mutated along the
way. This is the only code path in which app_tf is used:
mod_freesync_build_vrr_infopacket ->
build_vrr_infopacket_v2 ->
build_vrr_infopacket_fs2_data
Neither mod_freesync_build_vrr_infopacket or build_vrr_infopacket_v2
modify app_tf's value and build_vrr_infopacket_fs2_data expects just
the value so we can avoid dereferencing anything by just passing in
app_tf's value to mod_freesync_build_vrr_infopacket and
build_vrr_infopacket_v2.
There is no functional change because build_vrr_infopacket_fs2_data
doesn't do anything if TRANSFER_FUNC_UNKNOWN is passed to it, the same
as not calling build_vrr_infopacket_fs2_data at all like before this
change when NULL was used for app_tf.

[Why]
Set gamma not working on certain planes in MPO configuration
Root cause is that video format (YUV-420) isn't allowed for IGAM where
gamma is applied.
Fix is not easy though:
1. allowing will not work because IGAM is before ICSC so RGB gamma would
be applied on YUV pixels.
2. Moving OS gamma to DGAM or RGAM resulted in weird artifacts.
Ultimately the root cause for these artifacts was due to handling end
points and the fact that YUV->RGB conversion will frequently "overshoot"
FP 1.0 value. DCE has a single end point and slope, so we would take max.
In nightlight mode, blue channel is reduced, sometimes to flat 0 line,
but red is virtually unchanged. Any "overshot" in blue will be clipped
to 1 (max R,G,B) instead of max blue value.
[How]
Fortunately, this can be fixed on DCN where we have end point and slope
for all three color channels. We cannot fix this problem on DCE.
Other things fixed:
- switch (back) to using RGAM for OS gamma instead of IGAM
- add coeffs for 709 YUV->RGB (we used RGB->YUV for both conversions)
- switch color temperature method to scaled bradford - otherwise we would
have clipping problems that caused us to switch to IGAM for OS gamma
in the first place.
- comments and some minor improvements - there are some more issues but
they will be addressed in separate commits.
