45aad0b704 mlxsw: spectrum_acl: Offload FLOW_ACTION_SAMPLE
Implement support for action sample when used with a flower classifier
by implementing the required sampler_add() / sampler_del() callbacks and
registering an Rx listener for the sampled packets.

The sampler_add() callback returns an error for Spectrum-1 as the
functionality is not supported. In Spectrum-{2,3} the callback creates a
mirroring agent towards the CPU. The agent's identifier is used by the
policy engine code to mirror towards the CPU with probability.

The Rx listener for the sampled packet is registered with the 'policy
engine' mirroring reason and passes trapped packets to the psample
module after looking up their parameters (e.g., sampling group).

54d0e963f6 mlxsw: spectrum_matchall: Add support for egress sampling
Allow user space to install a matchall classifier with sample action on
egress. This is only supported on Spectrum-2 onwards, so Spectrum-1 will
continue to return an error.

Programming the hardware to sample on egress is identical to ingress
sampling with the sole change of using a different sampling trigger.

Upon receiving a sampled packet, the sampling trigger (ingress vs.
egress) will be encoded in the mirroring reason in the Completion Queue
Element (CQE). The mirroring reason is used to lookup the sampling
parameters (e.g., psample group) which are passed to the psample module.

Note that locally generated packets that are sampled are simply
consumed. This is done for several reasons.

First, such packets do not have an ingress netdev given that their Rx
local port is the CPU port. This breaks several basic assumptions.

Second, sampling using the same interface (tc), but with flower
classifier will not result in locally generated packets being sampled
given that such packets are not subject to the policy engine.

Third, realistically, this is not a big deal given that the vast
majority of the packets being transmitted through the port are not
locally generated packets.

Fourth, if such packets do need to be sampled, they can be sampled with
a 'skip_hw' filter and reported to the same sampling group as the data
path packets. The software sampling rate can also be adjusted to fit the
rate of the locally generated packets which is much lower than the rate
of the data path traffic.

cf31190ae0 mlxsw: spectrum_matchall: Implement sampling using mirroring
Spectrum-2 and later ASICs support sampling of packets by mirroring to

* Ability to sample packets on egress / per-flow

34a277212c mlxsw: spectrum_trap: Split sampling traps between ASICs
Sampling of ingress packets is supported using a dedicated sampling
mechanism on all Spectrum ASICs. However, Spectrum-2 and later ASICs
support more sophisticated sampling by mirroring packets to the CPU.

As a preparation for more advanced sampling configurations, split the trap
configuration used for sampled packets between Spectrum-1 and later ASICs.

This is needed since packets that are mirrored to the CPU are trapped
via a different trap identifier compared to packets that are sampled

ec4f5b3617 mlxsw: spectrum: Use different trap group for externally routed packets
Cited commit mistakenly removed the trap group for externally routed
packets (e.g., via the management interface) and grouped locally routed
and externally routed packet traps under the same group, thereby
subjecting them to the same policer.

This can result in problems, for example, when FRR is restarted and
suddenly all transient traffic is trapped to the CPU because of a
default route through the management interface. Locally routed packets
required to re-establish a BGP connection will never reach the CPU and
the routing tables will not be re-populated.

Fix this by using a different trap group for externally routed packets.

45b1c87313 mlxsw: spectrum_trap: Factor out common Rx listener function
We currently have an Rx listener function for exception traps that marks
received skbs with 'offload_fwd_mark' and injects them to the kernel's
Rx path. The marking is done because all these exceptions occur during
L3 forwarding, after the packets were potentially flooded at L2.

A subsequent patch will add support for control traps. Packets received
via some of these control traps need different handling:

1. Packets might not need to be marked with 'offload_fwd_mark'. For
example, if packet was trapped before L2 forwarding

2. Packets might not need to be injected to the kernel's Rx path. For
example, sampled packets are reported to user space via the psample
   module

Factor out a common Rx listener function that only reports trapped
packets to devlink. Call it from mlxsw_sp_rx_no_mark_listener() and
mlxsw_sp_rx_mark_listener() that will inject the packets to the kernel's
Rx path, without and with the marking, respectively.

maximum number of policers is less than the maximum number of trap

groups when the latter are registered with devlink.

The next patch will enable user space to change this default binding.

107f167894 devlink: Only pass packet trap group identifier in trap structure
Packet trap groups are now explicitly registered by drivers and not
implicitly registered when the packet traps are registered. Therefore,
there is no need to encode entire group structure the trap is associated
with inside the trap structure.

Instead, only pass the group identifier. Refer to it as initial group
identifier, as future patches will allow user space to move traps
between groups.

e612523041 mlxsw: spectrum_trap: Introduce dummy group with thin policer
For "source traps" it is not possible to change HPKT action to discard.
But there is still need to disallow packets arriving to CPU as much as
possible. Handle this by introduction of a "dummy group". It has a
"thin" policer, which passes as less packets to CPU as possible. The
rest is going to be discarded there. The "dummy group" is to be used
later on by ACL trap (which is a "source trap").
