8a76f048dc ARM: shmobile: Add defconfig for shmobile multiplatform 
This is intended to be a base for a defconfig to cover all
shmobile multiplatform boards. It currently includes configuration
for the following boards:

* KZM9D
* Lager
* Koelsch
