2008ee090c Topic branch for Samsung DeviceTree cleanup for 4.9.
Replace in DT sources hard-coded values for pinctrl configuration like pull
up/down, drive strength and function. This makes the DTS easier to read,
especially that some drive strengths values are quite non-obvious.

4b1a9e3586 ARM: dts: exynos: Use macros for pinctrl configuration on exynos4210
Usage of DTS macros instead of hard-coded numbers makes code easier to
read. One does not have to remember which value means pull-up/down or
specific driver strength.

1354835a89 ARM: dts: exynos: Remove skeleton.dtsi usage for Exynos4
The skeleton.dtsi file was removed in ARM64 for different reasons as
explained in commit ("3ebee5a2e141 arm64: dts: kill skeleton.dtsi").

These also applies to ARM and it will also allow to get rid of the
following DTC warnings in the future:

"Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name"

The disassembled DTB are almost the same besides an empty chosen
node being removed and nodes reordered, so it should not have
functional changes.

9f7d27fa1b ARM: dts: exynos: enable MFC device for all boards
MFC device can be used without any external hardware dependencies (when
IOMMU is enabled), so it can be enabled by default (like it has been
already done for Exynos 542x platforms). This unifies handling of this
device for Exynos3250, Exynos4 and Exynos542x platforms. Board can still
include exynos-mfc-reserved-memory.dtsi to enable using this device
without IOMMU being enabled.

36a0282a41 ARM: dts: Replace legacy *,wakeup property with wakeup-source for exynos boards
Though the keyboard and other driver will continue to support the legacy
"gpio-key,wakeup", "linux-keypad,wakeup" boolean property to enable the
wakeup source, "wakeup-source" is the new standard binding.

This patch replaces all the legacy wakeup properties with the unified
"wakeup-source" property in order to avoid any further copy-paste
duplication.

c9e23f00cd ARM: dts: Assume status of all optional nodes as disabled for exynos4
Currently all boards must explicitly disable all unused device tree
nodes of unused components (e.g. i2c, sdhci, etc...). This makes it
necessary to all boards to be aware of all components on the SoC, which
in turns makes board dts files longer and more difficult to maintain
(e.g. adding new components to SoC-level tree requires adding nodes with
status="disabled" to every board).

This patch changes "status" of all optional components in SoC-level dts
file to "disabled", adds status="okay" to respective nodes of used
components in dts of all boards and removes all nodes with only
status="disabled" from boards dts.
