and driver was accessing that un-initialized pointer while dumping TX queue.

As result of deprecation of MSI-X/MSI enablement functions
pci_enable_msix() and pci_enable_msi_block() all drivers
using these two interfaces need to be updated to use the
new pci_enable_msi_range() or pci_enable_msi_exact()

interfaces.

Function qlcnic_setup_tss_rss_intr() might enter endless
loop in case pci_enable_msix() contiguously returns a
positive number of MSI-Xs that could have been allocated.
Besides, the function contains 'err = -EIO;' assignment
that never could be reached. This update fixes the
aforementioned issues.

Commit 2b3d7b758c687("qlcnic: Add VXLAN Rx offload support") uses
vxlan_get_rx_port() which caused build failure when VXLAN=m.
This patch fixes the build failure by adding dependency on VXLAN
in Kconfig of qlcnic module and use vxlan_get_rx_port() and support
code accordingly.

Implements .ndo_{add|del}_vxlan_port netdev ops.
Adapter supports only one VXLAN port, so program adapter with
very first UDP port which VXLAN driver is listening to.

Decoupled logic in the code which was using same call to
request MSI-x vectors in default driver load, as well as
during set_channel() operation for TSS/RSS. This refactoring

Only 82xx adapter advertises QLCNIC_FW_CAPABILITY_MORE_CAPS bit.
Reading this bit from 83xx adapter causes the driver to skip
extra capabilities registers.
Because of this, driver was not issuing qlcnic_fw_cmd_set_drv_version()
for 83xx adapter.
This bug was introduced in commit 8af3f33db0
("qlcnic: Add support for 'set driver version' in 83XX").

This function checks the upper bound but it doesn't check for negative
numbers:

I've solved this by making "txq" a u32 type. I chose that because
->tx_count in the ethtool_channels struct is a __u32.

Each function driver instance uses the MAC address of the
lowest function belonging to that physical port as a unique
port identifier. This port identifier is read and cached in
driver during probe and provided to user space through
ndo_get_phys_port_id()

Issue 'set driver version' during driver load and after reset recovery
to notify the driver version to the firmware.

Add support for configuring secondary unicast address which
will use existing HW filters to store all the unicast MAC
addresses and prevent device going into promiscuous mode.

So far, only net_device * could be passed along with netdevice notifier
event. This patch provides a possibility to pass custom structure
able to provide info that event listener needs to know.

qlcnic_config_npars module parameter is used to configure NPAR
operational modes where NPAR function is used for PCI passthrough.
Removing this paramter as PCI passthrough is not supported for
NPAR functions.

o After change in EPORT features of 82xx adapter, netdev->features needs to
be updated to reflect EPORT feature updates but driver was manipulating
netdev->features at wrong place.
o This patch uses netdev_update_features() and .ndo_fix_features() to
update netdev->features properly.

o When transmit timeout happens, recovery attempt should start with
adapter soft reset. If soft reset fails to resume traffic, firmware
dump will be collected and driver will perform a hard reset of the
adapter. Reset recovery on 83xx was failing after a hard reset.
This patch fixes that issue.
