We need to ensure that if the call to filemap_write_and_wait_range() fails, then we report that error back to the application. Bryan Schumaker	ce4ef7c0a8	NFS: Split out NFS v4 file operations ... This patch moves the NFS v4 file functions into a new file that is only compiled when CONFIG_NFS_V4 is enabled.
