Michael Grzeschik	bd52b813a9	usb: gadget: uvc: fix possible lockup in uvc gadget ... If the pending buffers in the queue could not be pushed to the udc endpoint we have to cancel the uvc_queue. Otherwise the gadget will get stuck on this error. This patch calls uvc_queue_cancel if usb_ep_queue failed. Andrzej Pietrasiewicz	00a2430ff0	usb: gadget: Gadget directory cleanup - group usb functions ... The drivers/usb/gadget directory contains many files. Files which are related can be distributed into separate directories. This patch moves the USB functions implementations into a separate directory.
