a251c17aa5 treewide: use get_random_u32() when possible
The prandom_u32() function has been a deprecated inline wrapper around
get_random_u32() for several releases now, and compiles down to the
exact same code. Replace the deprecated wrapper with a direct call to
the real function. The same also applies to get_random_int(), which is
just a wrapper around get_random_u32(). This was done as a basic find
and replace.

965a9d75e3 Merge tag 'trace-v6.0' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/rostedt/linux-trace
Pull tracing updates from Steven Rostedt:

 - Runtime verification infrastructure

   This is the biggest change here. It introduces the runtime
   verification that is necessary for running Linux on safety critical
   systems.

   It allows for deterministic automata models to be inserted into the
   kernel that will attach to tracepoints, where the information on
   these tracepoints will move the model from state to state.

   If a state is encountered that does not belong to the model, it will
   then activate a given reactor, that could just inform the user or
   even panic the kernel (for which safety critical systems will detect
   and can recover from).

 - Two monitor models are also added: Wakeup In Preemptive (WIP - not to
   be confused with "work in progress"), and Wakeup While Not Running
   (WWNR).

 - Added __vstring() helper to the TRACE_EVENT() macro to replace
   several vsnprintf() usages that were all doing it wrong.

 - eprobes now can have their event autogenerated when the event name is
   left off.

 - The rest is various cleanups and fixes.

aa2a1df3a2 RDMA/hfi1: fix potential memory leak in setup_base_ctxt()
setup_base_ctxt() allocates a memory chunk for uctxt->groups with
hfi1_alloc_ctxt_rcv_groups(). When init_user_ctxt() fails, uctxt->groups

f93e91a037 RDMA/hfi1: Fix potential integer multiplication overflow errors
When multiplying of different types, an overflow is possible even when

629e052d0c RDMA/hfi1: Prevent panic when SDMA is disabled
If the hfi1 module is loaded with HFI1_CAP_SDMA off, a call to

05c03dfd09 RDMA/hfi1: Prevent use of lock before it is initialized
If there is a failure during probe of hfi1 before the sdma_map_lock is
initialized, the call to hfi1_free_devdata() will attempt to use a lock
that has not been initialized. If the locking correctness validator is on
then an INFO message and stack trace resembling the following may be seen:

  INFO: trying to register non-static key.
  The code is fine but needs lockdep annotation, or maybe
  you didn't initialize this object before use?
  turning off the locking correctness validator.
  Call Trace:
  register_lock_class+0x11b/0x880

  init_one+0x867/0x11a0 [hfi1]
  pci_device_probe+0x40e/0x8d0

The use of sdma_map_lock in sdma_clean() is for freeing the sdma_map
memory, and sdma_map is not allocated/initialized until after
sdma_map_lock has been initialized. This code only needs to be run if
sdma_map is not NULL, and so checking for that condition will avoid trying
to use the lock before it is initialized.

2bbac98d09 RDMA/hfi1: Fix use-after-free bug for mm struct
Under certain conditions, such as MPI_Abort, the hfi1 cleanup code may
represent the last reference held on the task mm.
hfi1_mmu_rb_unregister() then drops the last reference and the mm is freed

The panic happens in hfi1_ipoib_txreq_deinit() because there is a NULL
deref when hfi1_ipoib_netdev_dtor() is called in this error case.

hfi1_ipoib_txreq_init() and hfi1_ipoib_rxq_init() are self unwinding so
fix by adjusting the error paths accordingly.

Other changes:
- hfi1_ipoib_free_rdma_netdev() is deleted including the free_netdev()
  since the netdev core code deletes calls free_netdev()
- The switch to the accelerated entrances is moved to the success path.

For ipoib, the txqueuelen is modified with the module parameter
send_queue_size.

Fix by changing to use kv versions of the same allocator to handle the
large allocations. The allocation embeds a hdr struct that is dma mapped.
Change that struct to a pointer to a kzalloced struct.

60a8b5a161 IB/hfi1: Fix leak of rcvhdrtail_dummy_kvaddr
This buffer is currently allocated in hfi1_init():

	if (reinit)
		ret = init_after_reset(dd);
	else
		ret = loadtime_init(dd);
	if (ret)
		goto done;

	/* allocate dummy tail memory for all receive contexts */
	dd->rcvhdrtail_dummy_kvaddr = dma_alloc_coherent(&dd->pcidev->dev,
							 sizeof(u64),
							 &dd->rcvhdrtail_dummy_dma,
							 GFP_KERNEL);

	if (!dd->rcvhdrtail_dummy_kvaddr) {
		dd_dev_err(dd, "cannot allocate dummy tail memory\n");
		ret = -ENOMEM;
		goto done;
	}

The reinit triggered path will overwrite the old allocation and leak it.

Fix by moving the allocation to hfi1_alloc_devdata() and the deallocation
to hfi1_free_devdata().

The free_irq() results in a callback to the registered interrupt handler,
and rcd->do_interrupt is NULL because the receive context data structures
are not fully initialized.

Fix by ensuring that the do_interrupt is always assigned and adding a
guards in the slow path handler to detect and handle a partially
initialized receive context and noop the receive.

13bac86195 IB/hfi1: Fix abba locking issue with sc_disable()
sc_disable() after having disabled the send context wakes up any waiters
by calling hfi1_qp_wakeup() while holding the waitlock for the sc.

This is contrary to the model for all other calls to hfi1_qp_wakeup()
where the waitlock is dropped and a local is used to drive calls to
hfi1_qp_wakeup().

Fix by moving the sc->piowait into a local list and driving the wakeup
calls from the list.

f5dc70a0e1 IB/hfi1: Tune netdev xmit cachelines
This patch moves fields in the ring and creates a line for the producer

The adds a consumer side variable that tracks the ring avail so that the

packet. A read now only occurs when the avail is at 0.
