cb25b11943 ARM: socfpga: dts: fix qspi node compatible 
The QSPI flash node needs to have the required "jedec,spi-nor" in the
compatible string.

e683c4b078 ARM: dts: arria10: Modify QSPI read_delay for Arria10 
The default read delay for Arria10 QSPI module should be 3 on the
Arria10 devkit.

This is also in an effort to fully sync the devicetrees with U-Boot.
