PCI/VPD: Move VPD structures to vpd.c
The VPD-related structures are only used in vpd.c, so move them from drivers/pci/pci.h to vpd.c. No functional change intended. Signed-off-by: Bjorn Helgaas <bhelgaas@google.com>
