[PATCH] isdn4linux: Siemens Gigaset drivers: timer usage

With Hansjoerg Lipp <hjlipp@web.de>

Correct timer usage in the Gigaset drivers to take advantage of the existing
setup_timer() function, and use milliseconds as unit.
