fork: support VMAP_STACK with KASAN_VMALLOC

Supporting VMAP_STACK with KASAN_VMALLOC is straightforward:

 - clear the shadow region of vmapped stacks when swapping them in
 - tweak Kconfig to allow VMAP_STACK to be turned on with KASAN
