V4L/DVB (7670): pxa-camera: handle FIFO overruns

Browse Source 
FIFO overruns are not seldom on PXA camera interface FIFOs. Handle them by
dropping the corrupted frame, waiting for the next start-of-frame, and
restarting capture.
