netfilter: nat: nf_nat_mangle_{udp,tcp}_packet returns boolean

Browse Source 
nf_nat_mangle_{udp,tcp}_packet() returns int. However, it is used as
bool type in many spots. Fix this by consistently handle this return
value as a boolean.
