KVM: x86: hyperv: simplistic HVCALL_FLUSH_VIRTUAL_ADDRESS_{LIST,SPACE}_EX implementation

Implement HvFlushVirtualAddress{List,Space}Ex hypercalls in the same way
we've implemented non-EX counterparts.
