linkage: remove SYM_FUNC_{START,END}_ALIAS()

Now that all aliases are defined using SYM_FUNC_ALIAS(), remove the old
SYM_FUNC_{START,END}_ALIAS() macros.

There should be no functional change as a result of this patch.
