clocksource/drivers: Rename CLKSRC_OF to TIMER_OF

Browse Source 
The config option name is now renamed to 'TIMER_OF' for consistency with
the CLOCKSOURCE_OF_DECLARE => TIMER_OF_DECLARE change.
