Merge branch 'pm-cpuidle'

* pm-cpuidle:
  cpuidle: Make drivers initialize polling state
  cpuidle: Move polling state initialization code to separate file
  cpuidle: Eliminate the CPUIDLE_DRIVER_STATE_START symbol
  cpuidle: Convert to using %pOF instead of full_name
