libperf: Move 'sample_id' from 'struct evsel' to 'struct perf_evsel'

Move 'sample_id' array from 'struct evsel' to libperf's 'struct perf_evsel'.

Committer notes:

Removed the 'struct xyarray' from util/evsel.h, not needed anymore
there.
