Revert "powerpc/hw-breakpoint: Use generic hw-breakpoint interfaces for new PPC ptrace flags"
This reverts commit 1b788400bb
.
It causes oopses when passed incorrect arguments and has a
design fault using IPIs with interrupts disabled.
