dts: Rename DW APB timer compatible strings
"dw-apb-timer-osc" and "dw-apb-timer-sp" are the same implementation of the DW APB timer, just fed by different clocks. Thus, deprecate both "dw-apb-timer-osc" and "dw-apb-timer-sp" in lieu of "dw-apb-timer".
