[Blackfin] arch: remove useless IRQ_SW_INT defines

IRQ_SW_INT1 and IRQ_SW_INT2 obsolete:
Remove useless defines
Fix SYS_IRQS
Keep numbering scheme, so we don't break existing configurations.
