ALSA: hda - Remove dead codes from patch_sigmatel.c
Due to the previous fix of input source for IDT92HD73xx, the amp mux and amp vol stuff became unused. Let's rip off dead codes. Signed-off-by: Takashi Iwai <tiwai@suse.de>
