dt-bindings: iio: Add ltc2983 documentation
Document the LTC2983 temperature sensor devicetree bindings. Tweaked by Jonathan to take into account the lack of signed output being maintained by dtc yaml output. For now a comment added that the unsigned array should actually be signed. The LTC2983 performs 2 or 3 internal conversion cycles per temperature

input multiplexer configurations. Prior to each conversion, these

excitation circuits and input switch configurations are changed and an

internal 1ms delay ensures settling prior to the conversion cycle in most
