sh: Conver to asm-generic/sizes.h. A trivial conversion for the most part. EDOSK7760 is special, but uses a non-power-of-2-aligned size, so just drop the SZ_xx helper and open-code it for the sake of simplicity. Signed-off-by: Paul Mundt <lethal@linux-sh.org>
