x86: Generate system call tables and unistd_*.h from tables Generate system call tables and unistd_*.h automatically from the tables in arch/x86/syscalls. All other information, like NR_syscalls, is auto-generated, some of which is in asm-offsets_*.c. This allows us to keep all the system call information in one place, and allows for kernel space and user space to see different information; this is currently used for the ia32 system call numbers when building the 64-bit kernel, but will be used by the x32 ABI in the near future. This also removes some gratuitious differences between i386, x86-64 and ia32; in particular, now all system call tables are generated with the same mechanism. Cc: H. J. kbuild, x86: Track generated headers with generated-y Track generated header files which aren't already in genhdr-y, alongside generic-y wrappers in the */include/generated/[uapi/]asm/ directories. Currently only x86 generates extra headers in these directories, for the purposes of enumerating system calls for different ABIs, and xen hypercalls. This will allow the asm-generic wrapper handling code to remove stale wrappers when files are removed from generic-y, without also removing these headers which are generated separately. asm-generic: Add default clkdev.h Ease the deployment of clkdev by providing a default asm/clkdev.h for use if the arch does not have an include/asm/clkdev.h. Due to limitations in Kbuild we manually add clkdev.h to all architectures that don't have one rather than having the header appear by default. mm: clean up per architecture MM hook header files Commit 2ae416b142b6 ("mm: new mm hook framework") introduced an empty header file (mm-arch-hooks.h) for every architecture, even those which doesn't need to define mm hooks. As suggested by Geert Uytterhoeven, this could be cleaned through the use of a generic header file included via each per architecture asm/include/Kbuild file. The PowerPC architecture is not impacted here since this architecture has to defined the arch_remap MM hook.
