dfcc895c93 Fix Remnant gain factors while Dilated and Doomed
Remnant gain while Dilated and Doomed was visually calculated incorrectly: when calculating the numbers in the rightmost column, the multiplier used on log10(ip) and log10(ep) was the same as the multiplier on log10(am) instead of the correct values given on the leftmost column.

Small kaj changes (#3428)
* Added display when Auto EC is disabled by requirement lock

* Fixed offline progress bug

* Disabled blackhole command error in cel3 and cel7

* Fixed text inconsistency

* Changed milestone 1000 requirement to 5 seconds or less

* Study tree will now automatically respec when exiting an EC

* Companion glyph and study presets now carry over when you start over

* Fix wording of EM1000

* Fix new game wording
