rxrpc_alloc_*_txbuf() and ->alloc_txbuf() return NULL to indicate no
memory, but rxrpc_send_data() uses IS_ERR().
Fix rxrpc_send_data() to check for NULL only and set -ENOMEM if it sees
that.
