Linus Torvalds e5075d8ec5 RISC-V Patches for the 6.8 Merge Window, Part 4
This includes everything from part 2:

 * Support for tuning for systems with fast misaligned accesses.
 * Support for SBI-based suspend.
 * Support for the new SBI debug console extension.
 * The T-Head CMOs now use PA-based flushes.
 * Support for enabling the V extension in kernel code.
 * Optimized IP checksum routines.
 * Various ftrace improvements.
 * Support for archrandom, which depends on the Zkr extension.

 and then also a fix for those:

 * The build is no longer broken under NET=n, KUNIT=y for ports that
   don't define their own ipv6 checksum.

README

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
