Rob Rice 9d12ba86f8 crypto: brcm - Add Broadcom SPU driver
Add Broadcom Secure Processing Unit (SPU) crypto driver for SPU
hardware crypto offload. The driver supports ablkcipher, ahash,
and aead symmetric crypto operations.
