SCHED_DEADLINE tracks active utilization signal with a per dl_rq variable named running_bw. Make use of that to drive CPU frequency selection: add up FAIR and DEADLINE contribution to get the required CPU capacity to handle both requirements (while RT still selects max frequency). Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
