Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo 8f6725a2c9 perf evsel: Rename perf_evsel__new*() to evsel__new*()
As these are 'struct evsel' methods, not part of tools/lib/perf/, aka
libperf, to whom the perf_ prefix belongs.
