Pull s390 update from Martin Schwidefsky: "This is the first batch of s390 patches for the 3.10 merge window. Included are some performance enhancements: storage key initialization, zero page cache synonyms, system call micro optimization and the speedup patches for dasdfmt. Sebastian managed to get rid of the special casing for the console device in the cio layer.
