Alex Deucher	d70229f704	drm/radeon/kms: add dpm support for trinity asics ... This adds dpm support for trinity asics. This includes: - clockgating - powergating - dynamic engine clock scaling - dynamic voltage scaling set radeon.dpm=1 to enable it.
